QUESTION MARK AND QUOTATION MARKS
Languages differ in the way they punctuate sentences, and the use of question marks and quotation marks in English can cause particular confusion.

| quotation marks | Put them above the line, on both sides of the words being quoted, curling inward to enclose the quote. Do not forget the set at the end of the quotation. | "Look," she said. "These are different marks from the ones that are used in several European and Latin languages."
"Oh, I see," answered the student.
