- High School Partnership Program
The High School Partnership Program allows high school juniors and seniors to take college classes free of charge. Students must be residents of Hartford or neighboring towns and fulfill eligibility requirements.

- Capital Scholars Program
The Capital Scholars Program is a six-week program for incoming students who plan on attending Capital Community College in the Fall semester. This program begins in June and provides students who are under-prepared for the challenges of college with self-confidence, teambuilding skills, academic success, referral services and cultural enrichment throughout their enrollment as a student.
