Group Tours
We encourage visits by college and university classes and groups. Request a docent-guided visit or set your own pace by self-guiding through the galleries. Contact our Group Visit Associate at (860) 838-4046 to book a visit today. Faculty can also browse and schedule tours online.
Curriculum-structured Tours
Curriculum-structured tours are tailored to amplify and enhance the content of a specific academic course or topic. Work with museum staff to plan an appropriate museum experience. Call (860) 838-4047 or e-mail to discuss the possibilities at least one month in advance.
Auerbach Art Library
Our 43,000-volume library is one of the most comprehensive museum libraries in New England. The library is currently open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am-5pm.

The Old State House is just two blocks from the college. Drop in and see History is All Around Us (a fun and interactive museum of Hartford), beautifully restored legislative chambers and other historic rooms, and the Museum of Oddities and Curiosities.
