CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION
 Focuses on the transition into the profession and the nurse’s role in contemporary nursing practice. Professionalism is emphasized. Students will explore management principles and delegation of client care. Students will investigate caring for the profession of nursing, collegial and interdisciplinary communication. Students will participate in critical thinking to evaluate current trends and contemporary issues in nursing.
