CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course involves a study of the major
statutes and agencies created by Congress to regulate business . Topics include environmental law,
intellectual
property law, employment law including employment discrimination, labor
management relations, and antitrust law. This course also includes a
study of
real property law, agency law, and business organizations, with the
emphasis
on corporations and partnerships . Formerly listed as BLAW 103, not open
to
students who have successfully completed BLAW 103. Prerequisite: BBG*
231.
