CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course includes a study of the origin and nature of American law; business/ legal ethics; the U.S. Constitution, including the structure of government and sources of law, and the Bill of Rights as it affects both individual liberties and business conduct. Topics include the structure of the court system and civil and criminal procedures; administrative law and procedures; international trade law, substantive criminal law, including white collar crimes; tort law; contract law, and product liability.
